La Londe les Maures is situated in front of the Golden Islands, 13 km away from Hyères les Palmiers, 10 km away from Le Lavandou and 40 km away from St-Tropez.
You will take advantage of its beaches and its exceptionnal strech of water where numerous activities are possible to do : sailing, jet-ski, diving, exploration of the underwater trail, etc.
Miramar Harbour, its bars, restaurants and shops will welcome you in a warm and festive atmosphere. From here the Bateliers de la Côte d’Azur will propose you boat trips to the Golden Islands : Porquerolles and Port-Cros which are two sites to be absolutely discovered !
You will admire its protected coast, preserved of any building by following the coastal path. Layed out on more than 15 km, it will permitt you to reach in the East magnificent beaches such as l’Estagnol to join the Fort of Brégançon, and on the West to reach Hyères’ Salins Harbour by following the old salt marshes.
The inside of the area of La Londe is also crossed by layed out pedestrian and cycle paths which allow to discover the diversified nature of the city : vineyards, rivers, mediterranean scrubland… They connect Miramar Harbour and the beaches to the city-center where you can take the cycle track of the coast which extends from Toulon to St-Raphaël.                                                                                                                                           Finally do not miss the Golf of Valcros, an 18-hole golf course with exceptionnal setting and viewpoint.
Situated just a step from the campsite, the Garden of Tropical Birds is an amazing site. Rich in more than 400 birds of 800 differents sorts, and in rare exotic plants, it is a real tropical paradise !
Numerous activities will allow you to get acquainted with our village and to discover its unique country : visits of wine and olive growing estates, guided visits organised by the tourist office, Museum of the Public School, etc. And especially do not miss the market of the city-center on Sunday morning, the market of Les Bormettes on Tuesday morning and the various events proposed !
